Business Continuity is all about the efforts that a company makes to ensure it can continue its operations with little or no interruption after a major disaster or serious incident.  A Business Continuity plan would include a plan to continue regular operations, a strategy to continue communications and an online system to preserve and recover data.

As a professionals working in the Business Continuity field I have significant experience in several areas of business operations. I have extensive disaster and incident management experience as a staff member with the Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) and as a volunteer with the Queensland State Emergency Services (SES).

I also understand the political, social, environmental and legal implications of major disasters and incidents and how these can affect where your organisation, partnership, business or company conducts its operations.
