I have been a client of Vtiger CRM since the mid 2000s.  In January 2015 I was invited to be the Australian Authorised Reseller. Since that time I have worked with many Vtiger CRM clients to assist in staff training.

I have been delivering a variety of training to clients for many years.  In 2010 I became a qualified Cert IV Trainer And Assessor (TAE).  As a Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) staff member I deliver accredited disaster training.  As a State Emergency Services (SES) volunteer I also deliver training to other volunteers.

Incorporating my extensive training experience and Vtiger CRM knowledge has proven to be a good combination when delivering Vtiger CR training for my clients.
